DML(Data Manipulation Language) Commands

DML(Data Manipulation Language) : DML stands for Data Manipulation language. DML commands are used to retrieve, store, modify, delete, insert and update data in database.

Examples of DML:

• SELECT – command is used to retrieve data from the database.
• INSERT – command is used to insert data into a table.
• UPDATE – command is used to update existing data within a table.
• DELETE – command is used to delete records from a database table.
